Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with LMS and learning content administration.

Responsibilities

• Administers learning programs by maintaining course schedules and registrations in the LMS.
• Keeps LMS content accurate and accessible to learners.
• Manages shared learning resources, calendars, and learner communications.
• Coordinates setup, scheduling, and logistics of learning events such as town halls and workshops.
• Supports learner enrollment management and issue resolution.
