Job summary

bp is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support across learning programs. You will help coordinate activities, manage training records, and ensure a seamless learning experience for learners and managers.

Responsibilities include enrollment processing, reporting, and collaboration with field operations, while supporting continuous improvement of L&D processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in training coordination, learning admin, HR, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning activities, schedules, and logistics.
• Maintain training calendars and participant communications.
• Process enrollments, completions, and training docs.
• Prepare training reports and dashboards.
