Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a dedicated program coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate patient and staff-focused programs. You will manage logistics, vendors, and materials, maintain records and related technology systems, and coordinate meetings with program stakeholders.

The role also includes leading orientations, contract reviews, and data-driven reporting. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and experience with LMS, event planning, and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates organization and problem solving while working effectively under deadlines and managing multiple tasks
• Demonstrates project planning and management skills including program delivery
• Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills to ensure message is received and understood by customer
• Ability to multitask, including organizing, prioritizing, working effectively under pressure, and operating autonomously with minimal supervision and direction
• Tracks and analyzes data and generates clear, concise reports and presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Operates functions within Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates programs and key services of assigned focus area on an ongoing basis
• Coordinates all logistics, vendors, and supplies needed for programs (agendas, rosters, handouts, schedules, volunteers, lodging, catering, A/V)
• Creates and maintains program records
• Maintains program-related technology systems (intranet resources, online portals, LMS)
• Provides coordination for program stakeholders, including leading/facilitating program meetings
• Leads and organizes orientation and trainings for various audiences
• Coordinates contract submission and review for assigned programs
• Administers program assessments/evaluations, compiles data, and creates reports
• Works with leaders to manage program budget
• Works within LMS to create programs, manage schedules, process registration/credentialing, and activity reporting
• Provides program facilitation as needed, including decision-making and troubleshooting
• Acts as general backup for other activities
