Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in program coordination/project management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, education or a health-related discipline.
• Prior use of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in educational activity planning including basic knowledge of event planning.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates programs and key services of assigned focus area on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinates logistics, vendors, and supplies for programs (agendas, rosters, handouts, schedules, volunteer assignments, lodging, catering, AV).
• Creates and maintains program records.
• Maintains program-related technology systems (intranet, online portals, LMS).
• Provides coordination for program stakeholders, including leading meetings for advisory committees.
• Leads orientation and trainings for various audiences, and manages cohorts.
• Coordinates contract submissions and reviews for assigned programs.
• Administers assessments/evaluations, analyzes data, and reports improvements.
• Works with leaders to manage program budgets.
• Operates LMS to create programs, schedule, register participants, credentialing, and reporting.
• Provides program facilitation as needed and backs up other activities.
