Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Learning Product/Program Manager I for Field Leader Onboarding to design, develop, and manage onboarding programs across retail operations. You will bridge learning strategy and execution, ensuring field leaders start strong and aligned with organizational standards, collaborating with Field Operations, HR, and senior leadership.

You will own end-to-end onboarding curriculum, coordinate delivery across regions, and measure program impact using data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and ADDIE/SAM knowledge.
• Experience with LMS, Teams/Zoom, and authoring tools like Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end onboarding curriculum for field leaders.
• Coordinate program delivery across regions, ensuring quality.
• Translate business priorities into learning solutions and program enhancements.
• Create content including facilitator guides, participant materials, and digital assets.
• Monitor program effectiveness using data and metrics for improvements.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions and calibrate content and delivery.
