7-Eleven, Inc in Irving, TX seeks a Learning Product/Program Manager I for Field Leader Onboarding to design, develop, and manage onboarding programs that prepare field leaders for success in retail operations. You will bridge learning strategy and execution across Field Operations, HR, and Learning & Development teams while aligning with company standards to accelerate time-to-productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
1-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end onboarding curriculum and learning experiences for field leaders.
Coordinate across regions to ensure consistent learning delivery.
Collaborate with Field Operations to translate needs into learning solutions.
Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and digital assets.
Analyze data and feedback to improve programs and outcomes.
Lead train-the-trainer sessions and calibrate content quality.
Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications.
Partner with Learning Technology teams for LMS and delivery tracking.
