Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Learning Product/Program Manager I for Field Leader Onboarding in Irving, TX. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end onboarding curriculum for field leaders.
• Coordinate with Learning Technology teams to leverage LMS and digital platforms.
• Monitor program effectiveness using data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage timelines, resources, and vendor relationships for onboarding initiatives.
