Zusammenfassung

360Learning seeks an Operations Administrator to drive the daily execution of Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Facilities, and CSR initiatives. You will maintain the course catalog in the 360Learning LMS, support engagement survey logistics, and handle facilities requests, access badges, and mail distribution across our US offices.

Within the role, you’ll triage training requests, manage course hygiene in Confluence, and coordinate maintenance and event logistics.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting L&D programs and employee development initiatives.
• Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with learning platforms and survey administration.
