Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Learning Platform Administrator to configure and optimize a SaaS LMS environment in the US CT area. You will manage system structures, enrollments, and assessments across platforms like Cornerstone OnDemand, Degreed, or Workday, ensuring data integrity and security.

You will gather requirements from stakeholders, convert them into practical system enhancements, and build robust reports in Power BI to monitor adoption and program health.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or supporting modern SaaS LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of e-learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Experience building and interpreting reports with Excel and BI tools.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SSO, data feeds, and content integrations.
• Exposure to courseware tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or iSpring.
• Experience with mass data loads and LMS audits at scale.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure learning platforms, including content structures and assessments.
• Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend enhancements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for learning technology inquiries.
• Triage help desk escalations and coordinate with vendors/IT for resolution.
• Perform data integrity audits and manage mass data loads.
• Write test plans and conduct testing for releases and rollouts.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Build and analyze reports on usage, adoption, and program health.
• Document processes and system configurations; create user guides.
• Educate stakeholders on platform use to drive adoption.
