Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 2 years of work experience, with 1 year in learning program/project management.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, implementation, and evaluation of L&D programs and initiatives.
• Contributes to learning solutions including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
• Identifies learning needs through stakeholder input and performance data.
• Partners with SMEs to create engaging learning content and materials.
• Coordinates learning activities and event logistics.
• Provides LMS and SharePoint support and data tracking for program effectiveness.
