Job summary

NRG Energy in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Analyst to support the Agent Performance & Learning Innovation team. You will help onboard agents, coordinate ongoing learning, ensure compliance reinforcement, and provide performance support across East Energy Region sales channels.

Responsibilities include intake of training requests, translation of findings into modules and coaching materials, LMS administration, and coordination with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Supports onboarding curricula, learning pathways, and continued learning initiatives.
• Documents training needs, inputs, timing, audience, and approvals.
• Assists with LMS administration, content creation, and knowledge checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding curriculum and learning pathways across sales channels.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information for training materials.
• Develop, edit, and maintain training content, job aids, and coaching resources.
• Assist with AI-enabled learning tools, content templates, and standards.
• Prepare basic reports on training completion, certification status, and participation.
• Support deployment of compliance training and knowledge validation activities.
