Job summary

NRG Energy is looking for a collaborative analyst to support Agent Performance & Learning Innovation. You will help onboard agents, maintain learning modules, and coordinate training across East Energy Region channels.

The role requires coordinating with Sales Quality, Operations, compliance, IT, and vendors to deliver timely learning resources. You will assist in intake, documentation, and translation of findings into training requests, job aids, and coaching materials, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of work experience in learning and development, training coordination, sales operations, quality, compliance, or related function.
• Ability to organize information, document requirements, track follow-ups, and support multiple workstreams with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding curriculum and learning pathways for agents across sales channels.
• Document training requests, inputs, channels, timing, audience, and approvals.
• Review QA findings, complaints, policy updates, and performance trends to identify training needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information for learning materials.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and micro-learning modules.
• Assist with LMS administration, course setup, assignments, and reporting.
• Prepare reports on training completion, certification status, and learner activity.
• Monitor feedback and coordinate updates to training content.
• Support AI-enabled learning tools and scenario development.
