Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop dashboards and leadership updates for visibility into issues and trends.
• Analyze data to validate award accuracy and root causes.
• Lead continuous improvement including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather requirements and partner with tech teams for changes.
• Support Salesforce development and workflow improvements.
• Create clear process documentation and training materials.
• Manage deadlines, certifications, and stakeholder communications.
