Job summary

NRG is seeking a collaborative analyst to support onboarding, learning, compliance reinforcement, and performance support across sales channels in the East Energy Region. You will translate findings into training requests, learning modules, and coaching materials while coordinating with diverse teams.

The role includes LMS maintenance, content creation, and deploying AI-enabled learning tools under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in learning and development or related field.
• Experience with LMS administration and content coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding curriculum and learning pathways for agents across sales channels.
• Coordinate training intake, document needs, timings, and approvals.
• Develop and refresh training materials, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Assist with LMS administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare basic training completion and participation summaries.
