Job summary

NRG is seeking an Analyst for the Agent Performance & Learning Innovation team in Philadelphia. You will support onboarding, ongoing learning, compliance reinforcement, and performance coaching across sales channels in the East Energy Region.

You will translate findings, updates, and trends into training requests, modules, job aids, and coaching resources while collaborating with Quality, Operations, compliance, IT, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of learning materials and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years in learning & development or related fields.
• Experience coordinating training programs and LMS administration.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding curriculum and learning pathways for agents across sales channels.
• Document and coordinate training requests, inputs, timing, audience, and approvals.
• Help develop learning materials, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Assist with LMS administration, course setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare basic reports on training completion, certification status, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate findings into training updates.
