Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Training Coordinator or similar.
• Experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Experience with LMS, SharePoint and web delivery tools.
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program management and tracking of OD & Learning programs.
• Assist in development and delivery of new learning programs and organization improvement initiatives.
• Create and monitor reports; perform data analysis for stakeholders.
• Support budgeting via vendor setup, SOWs and analytics.
• Maintain LMS records, scheduling, rosters, and learning program administration.
