Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of professional training or facilitation experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• English proficiency; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and improve new Team Member orientation.
• Deliver courses including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, forklift training support.
• Support leadership development programs and skills training.
• Assist in onboarding and acclimating new Team Members.
• Backup for Hiring team and coordinate with HR/operations.
