• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years in operational roles.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and develop a team of coordinators, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain scalable systems to support team operations.
• Evaluate and identify gaps in processes and escalate to senior leadership.
• Maintain oversight of professional development scheduling across seven regions.
• Collaborate to evaluate and develop Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Oversee all aspects of the travel approval process.
• Maintain high standards of quality for the team’s work.
• Provide logistical support for internal events and meetings.
