Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in education or HR development.
• 2–4 years of experience in employee training and development or HR.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training content for the DC.
• Oversee training delivery at all DC levels and partner with DCs and SSC partners.
• Create strategies to balance short- and long-term business plans.
• Foster the development and growth of employees and leaders in the DC.
• Collaborate with SSC Learning & Development and HR to ensure standardized programs.
• Select, evaluate, and develop Training Coordinators.
• Coach managers on leadership development.
• Assist DC management with organizational development plans.
• Analyze data to measure training program performance within the DC.
