Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Automated distribution center experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Understanding of inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises receipt, stocking, order filling, and shipment.
• Reviews WMS reports and notifies WMS personnel of issues.
• Manages staffing levels with Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Plans daily production goals.
• Maintains employee records and conducts reviews.
• Interviews and selects candidates with HR.
• Supports safety programs to reduce injuries.
• Conducts merit and performance evaluations.
• Contributes to conflict resolution and employee development.
