Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Training Operations Manager to lead and optimize training initiatives across distribution centers. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and operational excellence while coaching leaders to achieve their development goals.

You will partner with the DC operations and Learning & Development teams to design, implement and measure effective training programs, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and functional objectives throughout the distribution

Responsibilities

• Act as an engaging leader to develop and implement training content for the DC
• Oversee training execution across DCs and partner with SSC and HR teams
• Create strategies balancing short- and long-term business plans
• Foster growth and development of employees and leaders in the DC
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR to ensure standardized programs
• Select, evaluate, and develop Training Coordinators
• Teach managers to enhance leadership skills in supervisors
• Support organizational development plans for DC leadership
• Analyze data to measure training program performance in the DC
