Job summary

Chewy is seeking a Learning Operations Manager to lead the Learning Team in crafting and delivering training programs for a large distribution operation.

You will supervise Learning Coordinators and on-the-floor trainers, identify gaps, and partner with Operations to design targeted development initiatives. This role requires travel and a track record of leadership in training within a fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of training experience with proven ability to deliver and craft training.
• 2-4+ years leading a training/learning, HR or similar function.
• 2-4+ years in Operations or process improvement roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and email usage; strong communication skills.
• Understanding of fulfillment/distribution center/warehouse processes and flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ongoing development with a team of Learning Coordinators and on-the-floor trainers.
• Identify learning needs in consultation with Operations teams and design programs accordingly.
• Recruit and observe on-the-floor trainers for process training.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and leadership training; remediation training as needed.
• Facilitate courses with process roles and leadership across shifts and areas.
• Coordinate all training across shifts and areas; maintain daily cross-functional communication.
