Job summary

Amazon is seeking Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in delivering strong results within our fulfillment centres. Roles may include production duties; lead trainings, communicate instructions, and motivate a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include leading trainings for 20+ associates, maintaining knowledge in production areas, and refining learning tools. Strong MS Office skills and a focus on learning effectiveness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading trainings in a fulfillment or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly to groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead trainings and/or start-of-shift meetings for 20+ associates.
• Maintain expert knowledge in at least two production areas; improve processes and update SOPs.
• Assist in measuring learning effectiveness and applying training to develop associates.
• Identify cross-training opportunities and support SOP certification for staff.
