Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Fort Myers seeks a Learning & Development Manager to lead company-wide training, leadership development, onboarding, and employee development initiatives across multiple locations in the United States.

You will partner with Operations and HR to build a culture of continuous learning, drive leadership effectiveness, identify skills gaps, and support new location openings and organizational change initiatives.

Are you a passionate Learning & Development professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment? We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead company-wide training, leadership development, succession planning, onboarding, and employee development initiatives across multiple locations.

This role partners closely with Operations and HR leaders to build a culture of continuous learning while driving leadership effectiveness and organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-7+ years of Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development experience
• Experience supporting multi-location retail, grocery, hospitality, warehouse, or distribution operations
• Proven experience creating and delivering leadership development programs
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills
• Experience with LMS platforms, HRIS systems, and performance management processes
