Job summary

Snack Innovations is seeking a Corporate Training & Development Manager to own learning, training, and workforce development across locations. This strategic, hands-on role will establish a consistent training system, manage the Learning Management System, and build qualification programs for hourly and professional staff.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Food Safety, Safety, Maintenance, HR and other leaders to develop onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing competency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in Training & Development or related discipline.
• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience building company-wide training function.
• LMS administration experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Develop company-wide learning and development strategy.
• Establish training standards, procedures, templates, and documentation across locations.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments with leadership.
• Create annual training plan covering production, technical, professional, compliance, and leadership development.
• Lead cross-functional training committee with Operations, Quality, Food Safety, Safety, Maintenance, HR, and other departments.
• Develop standardized job-training plans for various positions.
• Establish competency and qualification requirements for roles.
• Develop skills matrices showing qualifications and gaps.
• Coordinate training for new equipment, processes, technology, and systems.
• Create train-the-trainer program and coach internal trainers.
• Lead LMS selection, implementation, and ongoing improvement.
• Maintain training records and qualification histories.
• Produce compliance and training reports for leadership and audits.
• Own onboarding framework and 30/60/90 day planning.
