Job summary

Morguard is seeking a Training Specialist to support company-wide training initiatives, manage the Learning Management System and coordinate new hire onboarding. This entry-level role provides growth into Training/Development and ensures compliance with fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.

Responsibilities include updating LMS, maintaining training materials, coordinating schedules, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. Travel up to 15% may be required; full-time, in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, education, business, marketing or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with property management software such as Entrata or LMS like Grace Hill/Vision LMS is highly preferred.
• MS 365 proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, post and distribute training schedules and calendars; coordinate training sessions.
• Create and update training guides and videos; align materials with department standards.
• Schedule new hire onboarding; track onboarding progress with 30/60/90 day follow-ups.
• Audit and update LMS; handle password resets, registrations and attendance.
• Support day-to-day Training functions and ad-hoc projects.
