Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to own and elevate leadership development programs. You will lead workshops, design engaging e-learning content, and analyze impact data to drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal communications, managing multiple initiatives, and staying current on learning trends to shape future programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions that drive impact.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of enterprise leadership and development programs.
• Lead facilitation of workshops, training programs, and team development sessions.
• Maintain and evolve program materials to reflect leadership competencies and business needs.
• Create and implement engaging e-learning content using Synthesia, Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise.
• Analyze program data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Translate business needs and program insights into clear learning solutions.
• Partner with internal communications to market and promote learning programs.
• Manage program timelines and priorities across initiatives.
• Stay current on learning trends and adult learning practices.
• Other duties and projects as required.
