R1 RCM, Inc. is hiring a remote Learning & Development professional to own end-to-end leadership development programs and design engaging e-learning content. You will facilitate workshops, maintain materials, and translate business needs into actionable learning solutions.

The role emphasizes data analysis, collaboration with internal communications, and managing multiple projects while staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and content development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of enterprise leadership and development programs, including planning, live facilitation, and learner experience.
• Lead facilitation of workshops and training programs across all levels, adapting content to meet diverse needs.
• Maintain and evolve program materials to reflect learning best practices and leadership competencies.
• Create and implement engaging e-learning content from concept to launch using authoring tools.
• Analyze program data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear learning solutions that improve impact.
• Partner with internal communications to market learning programs and drive participation.
• Manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and priorities across initiatives.
• Stay current on learning trends and adult learning practices.
• Support additional duties as required.
