Job summary

Jawonio is seeking a passionate Learning & Talent Development Specialist to advance employee growth, leadership development, and workforce excellence. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, administer the Paycom LMS, strengthen onboarding, and support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
• Experience facilitating training programs for adult learners.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee development, or workforce development initiatives.
• Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Create engaging training materials, participant guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Administer Paycom LMS, upload content, monitor completion, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content stays current and relevant.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership seminars, workshops, and development opportunities.
