Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and improve programs that build capability across operators, frontline leaders, and professional teams. You will serve as the SME for skills-based development and partner with manufacturing supervisors, HR, and business leaders to keep programs and LMS records accurate and effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or HR training coordination.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS, including reporting and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience facilitating training for frontline, operations, or professional audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to turn learning data into insights and dashboards.
• Excellent communication across HR and business teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for skill development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and facilitation of core learning programs for operators, frontline leaders, and professional audiences.
• Apply adult learning principles to design and deliver practical learning experiences for manufacturing and professional audiences.
• Prepare materials, logistics, rosters, and evaluations for live and virtual sessions, collecting feedback to improve program quality.
• Partner with managers to reinforce learning and support behavior change after training.
• Own day-to-day LMS administration, including course creation, enrollments, completions, and user support.
• Maintain accurate learner records, learning paths, catalogs, and compliance documentation.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and propose improvements to learner experience.
• Develop and distribute reports on learning activity and participation trends.
• Act as go-to resource for employees and managers on LMS navigation and training assignments.
• Support broader talent initiatives and contribute to learning culture projects.
• Draft internal communications promoting learning opportunities.
• Develop dashboards to track skill progress and impact.
