Job summary

JCG is seeking a Learning Lead to serve as the primary day-to-day training resource for the assigned facility in Lynchburg, VA. You will coordinate daily training, support Department Trainers, monitor progress, and maintain training records to ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, training, or related environment preferred.
• Previous Trainer, Department Trainer, Team Lead, or similar experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily training activities and trainer assignments.
• Support orientation, onboarding, classroom, hands-on, and refresher training.
• Monitor associate training progress and identify issues requiring escalation.
• Maintain training records and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Department Trainers.
