Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five or more years of experience in operations training, technical training, learning and development, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience delivering instructor-led and/or field-based technical training.
• Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining training curriculum.
• Demonstrated leadership experience leading projects, initiatives, teams, or work groups.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the training team, coaching field trainers and instructional design resources.
• Oversee curriculum development and updates to training materials.
• Support Operator Qualification (OQ) programs and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Serve as liaison among Operations, Safety, Compliance, and Training stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in training delivery and effectiveness.
