Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five or more years in operations or technical training, learning and development, or related fields.
• Experience delivering instructor-led and/or field-based training.
• Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining training curriculum.
• Demonstrated leadership experience leading projects or teams.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• Preferred: experience with OQ programs and gas/utility operations.
