• Bachelor's degree in education or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain computer labs to ensure safe, organized learning environments.
• Create an inclusive lab atmosphere and motivate students to engage in academic work.
• Instruct and monitor students in using platforms to ensure completion of assignments.
• Monitor student behavior and engagement to promote continuous improvement.
• Track student progress including credit recovery, attendance, ISP metrics.
• Update documentation in line with Ombudsman protocols and policies.
• Prepare reports on student achievement and lab participation as needed.
