Job summary

Beacon Hill Preparatory Institute seeks a Campus Manager to oversee daily operations of a learning lab or program site. You will supervise instructors and volunteers, ensure a productive learning environment, and coordinate student progress data and communications with school staff.

You will lead onboarding, training, and support for staff, align with Gideon curriculum, and ensure compliance with program procedures while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students in education, tutoring, classroom instruction or assistance preferred.
• Experience supervising, coaching, training, or leading staff or volunteers preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Salesforce or similar database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, engaging, safe, and organized learning environment.
• Provide high-quality small-group reading and math tutoring, generally 3–4 students to 1 instructor.
• Manage Learning Lab staff, including Campus Instructors and volunteers.
• Monitor staff schedules and weekly hours for payroll reporting.
• Hold staff meetings to communicate expectations, training updates, and campus information.
• Provide staff coaching, feedback, recognition, and corrective direction when needed.
• Assess student progress and monitor performance.
• Oversee classroom management and student movement, including drop-off and pickup.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and required data entries.
• Coordinate learning lab setup, student scheduling, orientations, open houses, and events.
• Review curriculum grading and student learning paths for accuracy.
