Job summary

Beacon Hill Preparatory Institute seeks a Campus Manager to oversee daily operations of a Learning Lab, supervise instructors and volunteers, and ensure high‑quality tutoring in reading and math for K‑6 students. You will monitor progress, maintain records, and collaborate with school campuses to uphold program standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong leadership, communication, and data‑driven planning skills to support student learning and program excellence at our Dallas

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff, students, schedules, records, and competing campus priorities.
• Ability to review student performance data and identify students who may require reassessment or instructional adjustment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ability to learn and effectively implement and support the Gideon curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, engaging, safe, and organized learning environment.
• Provide high‑quality small‑group reading and math tutoring (3–4 students per instructor).
• Manage Learning Lab staff, including Campus Instructors and volunteers.
• Monitor staff schedules and weekly hours for payroll reporting.
• Hold staff meetings to communicate expectations, training updates, and campus information.
• Assess student progress and monitor performance; adjust instruction as needed.
• Coordinate learning lab setup, student scheduling, orientations, and end‑of‑year activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and data entries.
