Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study.
• Licensed IL state educator credential or in process.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.
• Experience with at-risk youth or alternative education settings.
• Experience delivering motivation and critical conversations with students to reach goals.
• Strong presentation and group communication skills.
• Proficient in mentoring, coaching, and administrative tasks.
• Advanced written and oral communication, multitasking, problem solving, and decision making.
