Job summary

Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation seeks a Building Level Technician/Learning Lab Coordinator to provide hardware/software support and troubleshooting at Meadow's Edge Elementary School. Responsibilities include managing the Learning Lab, supporting instructional software, and maintaining student data for educational software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide first line troubleshooting, evaluation, and resolution of technical problems.
Perform minor repairs or replacements to monitors, input devices, peripherals, etc.
Assist end users in resolving software issues, including local software re-installation or training.
Serve as the contact person for reporting technical problems and manage the building level work order process.
Provide basic network support including account setup and printer configurations.
Train employees in the use of the Learning Lab and its software.
Organize and assess computerized testing and maintain student progress records.
Produce or assist in reports on student achievement as needed.
