Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first line troubleshooting, evaluation, and resolution of technical problems.
• Perform minor repairs or replacements to monitors, input devices, peripherals, etc.
• Assist end users in resolving software issues, including local software re-installation or training.
• Serve as the contact person for reporting technical problems and manage the building level work order process.
• Provide basic network support including account setup and printer configurations.
• Train employees in the use of the Learning Lab and its software.
• Organize and assess computerized testing and maintain student progress records.
• Produce or assist in reports on student achievement as needed.
