Job summary

Papa Johns USA, Inc. seeks a Manager, Learning Innovation to lead design and execution of immersive learning experiences for restaurant teams and support centers. You will drive AI-enabled coaching, simulations, and adaptive curricula that align with operational goals and governance standards.

You will partner with Operations, HR, Technology and AI governance to modernize training, evaluate pilots, and scale new learning approaches across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, HR, Instructional Design, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in learning, talent development, or training technology.
• Experience implementing digital learning technologies and managing enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design immersive simulations and scenario-based learning for operations.
• Develop AI-enabled learning experiences and coaching tools.
• Manage learning technology and analytics, and measure outcomes.
• Oversee content development across programs and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Tech and Digital teams to close capability gaps.
