However, Inclusively does not require candidates to disclose their specific disability to join the platform.
You Are:
You are an experienced learning and development practitioner. You know instructional methodology well enough to explain why a program is built the way it is, and can articulate those choices to a broad array of technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. You have deep knowledge of our content catalog and roadmap well enough to answer what we can build without going back to the LX or product team for routine questions. You are comfortable leading a conversation with clients and listen for the need underneath the ask, which is often different from the ask itself. You work through credibility rather than authority, across sales, solution architecture, and partnerships teams. You manage multiple opportunities at once and are known for your easy-to-understand technical explanations, business acumen, responsiveness, and follow-through.
The Work:
Join the Learning Experience team and be the learning design authority in the deal channel. As a Learning Partnerships Manager, you'll take incoming requests from Solutions Architects, Partnership Leads, and Sales when a client or partner needs more than a packaged catalog offer, and turn them into a clear read on what LearnVantage can build, what requires customization, and what falls outside scope. You'll own the accuracy and quality of how Learning Experience is represented in those conversations, and the soundness of the program frameworks you hand to delivery.
- Serve as the instructional design authority in client and partner conversations, articulating the design logic, pedagogical rationale, and quality standards behind LearnVantage programs.
- Translate bespoke client requests into an assessment of what can be delivered from the existing catalog, what requires custom design, and what falls outside scope.
- Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements, detailed enough for delivery teams to execute without further involvement from you.
- Decline or re-scope requests that would compromise learning quality, and give the reasoning that lets the deal team hold that line with the client.
- Join deal calls, shape proposals, and attend key deal moments at the request of Solutions Architects and Partnership Leads who need a Learning Experience voice with roadmap depth.
- Identify patterns in the requests coming in from the field and surface recurring themes to the AI Product Lead to inform roadmap prioritization.
- Build reusable reference material, including capability overviews, design rationale documents, and explainers of what we build and how, so the same questions do not elevate twice.
- Contribute to internal enablement so Solutions Architects and Partnership Leads have baseline fluency in Learning Experience design capabilities before they escalate.
- In this role, you'll work as an individual contributor without direct reports and report into the AI Product Lead. This position is US remote.
What's In It for You?
- You'll shape how enterprise clients and partners understand what LearnVantage can build, on deals that reach workforces at scale.
- You'll work at the point where learning design meets commercial strategy, with the mandate to protect the craft rather than sell past it.
- You'll stay current on AI learning programs and content architecture, because representing the roadmap credibly requires knowing it deeply.
- The company will continually invest in your craft and growth, with access to certifications, learning resources, and a global community of practitioners.
- You'll work alongside Solutions Architects, Partnership Leads, product, and curriculum teams across LearnVantage.
Here's What You Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design or instructional design for technical audiences, grounded in adult learning science (scaffolding, retrieval practice, cognitive load, and assessment).
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing or advising on enterprise-scale learning programs, including custom or bespoke engagements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with sales, solution architecture, or partnership teams to support active client or partner opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing, advising on, or delivering learning programs covering AI or machine learning topics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA of written content.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).
Bonus Points If:
- You have experience with learning content architecture, including how a catalog is structured, versioned, and reused across programs.
- You have experience building capability overviews, design rationale documents, or other reusable pre-sales reference material.
- You have experience with learning measurement and evaluation, including skill assessment design and outcome reporting.
- You have experience enabling non-specialist colleagues, such as sales or solution architecture teams, on a technical or design discipline.
- You have experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- You have experience with hands-on, project-based online learning at enterprise scale.
