Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to own and deliver high-quality virtual learning solutions for our operational workforce across the Relo Network. You will manage program ownership from strategy through delivery, measurement, and iteration.

You will design and build Articulate 360 modules, manage Umbrella LMS content and automated training workflows, and collaborate with Program Managers to scale learning solutions across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning design or instructional design experience.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 for virtual, asynchronous content.
• Working knowledge of Umbrella LMS and automated training workflows.
• Experience administering an LMS with curriculum config and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex information for non-expert audiences.
• Strong milestone management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder discussions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program ownership of learning initiatives within the Relo Network.
• Design and develop Articulate 360 modules and Umbrella-compatible content.
• Lead discussions with Program Managers to design automated training solutions.
• Translate technical requirements into accessible learning experiences.
• Translate content into multilingual formats and coordinate translation expansion.
• Maintain program roadmaps, stakeholder updates, and QA for learning solutions.
