Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to partner with leaders and design impactful learning experiences across retail, pharmacy, and compliance. You will support development, maintenance, and evaluation of solutions, gaining hands-on experience in learning, project management, data analysis, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional partners, analyze learning data, and contribute to programs that drive business performance and employee growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Learning Content, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
• Experience with curriculum development and training solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops, writes, and edits deliverables for learning initiatives with quality checks.
• Designs learning materials for facilitator and non-facilitated sessions.
• Collaborates with SMEs to tailor learning solutions to business needs.
• Plans and tracks complex learning projects to timely completion and measures results.
• Identifies issues and drives continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Manages content and governance for learning systems and initiatives.
