Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager-level professional to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, recruit and develop staff, and ensure policy compliance across daily activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and data-driven decision making to meet company deliverables while supporting community engagement and patient care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication and business acumen.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsabilités

• Supervises customer service associates and store operations to meet company goals.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for team members.
• Supports Store Manager in planning, budgeting, and implementing store initiatives.
• Ensures store assets are protected, cash handling is controlled, and inventory is managed.
• Trains and develops team members; conducts performance reviews and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and safety regulations.
