Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed and help patients locate items.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves, and assist with inventory and pricing.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with workflow and pharmacy operations, including entering patient data and processing prescriptions.
• Adhere to company policies and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Assist with photo area services and web order pick-up responsibilities as needed.
