Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Learning Program Developer to enhance, maintain, and build pharmacy-focused early career programs and talent initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with pharmacy leaders, HR and learning professionals to create meaningful development experiences that strengthen our healthcare talent pipeline and support Walgreens’ workforce strategy. This role focuses on program strategy, design, content, and delivery with strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in Learning Program Development and Execution.
• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related areas preferred.
• Strong time management, organization and deadline-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, writes and edits deliverables for early career programs (internships, apprenticeships, rotations) with learning design focus.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on new program development for early talent and designs varied learning materials.
• Designs innovative learning experiences aligned with Walgreens’ strategy.
• Works cross-functionally with subject matter experts on learning solutions and experiences.
• Benchmarks programs against industry best practices to stay competitive and effective.
• Collects feedback and measures program metrics to drive improvements.
