LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to design high-quality learning resources for Healthcare Client Engagement. You will translate strategies into engaging experiences and own the content-production workstream from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance partners, applying instructional design and accessibility standards to deliver impactful training assets across formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual-communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Familiarity with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe or Canva.

Responsabilités

• Develop learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, simulations, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product/technical information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative teams to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Leverage approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Review and improve content using feedback, performance data, and governance rules.
• Assist other markets as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
