LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to transform complex information into clear, engaging learning assets for the Healthcare client engagement team.

You will own content production for assigned initiatives, partnering with program managers, subject matter experts, and governance resources to deliver courses, videos, job aids, and campaigns across multiple formats, while applying instructional design and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual-communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning tools and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies, audience needs, and business objectives for healthcare client engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurement requirements.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
