Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to design and produce engaging learning resources for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate approved strategies into clear, accessible content across courses, videos, job aids, guides, and simulations, aligning with program goals and governance.

You will collaborate with SMEs, creative resources, and program leaders, managing concurrent content workstreams, applying instructional design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and reviews.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring tech including Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product and technical information into clear content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status updates.
• Review and modernize content based on feedback and program metrics.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
