LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Healthcare division seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft engaging learning resources for sales readiness and employee development. You will translate strategies into audience-appropriate courses, videos, job aids, and guides, collaborating with program leaders and SMEs to ensure accuracy and impact.

Developed content spans multiple formats and uses AI tools to boost production efficiency and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Translate approved learning strategies and requirements into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives, from design to final handoff.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources to validate accuracy and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and reviews.
• Review and improve content using feedback and performance data.
