Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, within Healthcare Client Engagement, seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging content across multiple formats. You’ll own the content-production workstream from design to handoff, collaborating with SMEs and governance partners to ensure quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats; healthcare exp. preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring tools (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content using feedback and program requirements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
